    KERING SAP OTC Functional Expert

    Job Family Group Description - Information Technology: Gathers jobs providing support to the business through IT services and expertise. Includes fields such as IT business solutions, data and infrastructure management and systems infrastructure. Job Family Description -Project Management: Coordinates IT projects for our company, through technical knowledge and experience. Analyses project owner requirements, designs the implementation proposal, and evaluates feasibility. Reports on progress and any issues. Is responsible for meeting quality, time, and budget targets and for managing associated risks.

    SAP OTC Functional Expert needed in Wayne, NJ.  Responsibilities include:

    • Define the regional SCM, SAP Fashion management system (FMS) objectives with the stakeholders and project teams, to satisfy regional business needs, and assure proper buy-in;
    • Keep the SCM, FMS tower in line with the corporation’s strategic objectives, regional and global, across all brands;
    • Ensure FMS S4 integration with Warehouse management systems, EU Production systems, Omni channel system-SHARE, Pricing systems, Manhattan-OMS integration for ECOM Business, FedEx Integration, Store BO for entire supply chains;
    • Identification, analysis, and escalation of SCM, FMS-related constraints, risks and issues;
    • Own and conduct business requirements / system design Workshop sessions, provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, perform SAP configuration, write detailed specifications for development, lead integration testing, defect management and resolution, validate test scenarios with business owners, and cutover activity for production system readiness;
    • Support the handover between project phase and system maintenance phase, assuming a regional support role;
    • Integrate SCM, FMS with all other SAP modules (SD/MM/FI), and with existing legacy systems;
    • Create a variety of models and diagrams that show programmers the logic to implement the software code;
    • Identify new or improved business process opportunities, and evaluate them for adoption into the ERP environment;
    • Document every aspect of an application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades;
    • Leading a team of IT resources in supply chain area to provide IT support for logistics business for Kering Brands. Also Planning the activities and managing the deliverables for the resources;
    • Additional Integration Systems being supported as part of Supply chain lead- Setting up in SAP Fashion management industry solutions- Allocation run, Value added service, Cross docking, Season management with Finance integration on Inventory management, Account receivable and account payable. Managing Functional integration in EDI formats- Opentext, KAFKA, Galassia, PO Integration, Movex & JDA with SAP Supply chain communications; and
    • Subject matter expert for Supply chain from Brands/Kering Logistics and Kering IT locally & Centrally for US & Canada IT logistics.
