KERING EYEWEAR Corporate Communication Manager

Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Corporate Communication Manager as part of our dynamic Marketing team in our HQ in Milan.

How you will contribute

• Proactively and autonomously define and implement Kering Eyewear Corporate Communication plans relating to all the company's platforms, in compliance with the guidelines expressed by the Group and other Shareholders of the company
• Proactively and effectively promote Kering Eyewear's corporate image and disseminate its founding values inside and outside the organisation
• Supervising content for CEO communications (internal communications, meetings with press, interviews)
• Independently manage, with a focus on expanding the network, the business and financial press, organising the production and publication of corporate news/communications and providing ongoing support to stakeholders to better promote Kering Eyewear
• Managing relations with the Group's Corporate Communication team
• Collaborating on the creation of all institutional materials/documents according to the Corporate publication schedule (i.e. Activity Report, Shareholders' Letter, Annual Report, etc.), in collaboration with the Group's Corporate Communication team
• Ensure the creation of institutional assets (photos, videos, texts, gifts, etc.)
• Proactively support the subsidiaries and other functions, ensuring respect for the Kering Eyewear identity and image
• Manage relations with all Brand teams, to ensure coordination between Corporate and Brand activities and provide fair visibility to all projects in Corporate initiatives and platforms
• Support the Sustainability team in defining the communication strategy and orchestrating 360° projects
• Constantly monitor activities and achievement of results, keeping key stakeholders informed and providing appropriate recommendations
• Effectively manage the budget setting and monitoring process ensuring return on investment analysis of all communication initiatives
• Organise, lead and grow your team, ensuring the development of an empowered and creative, diverse and sustainable environment

Who you are

• Master's degree in communication, marketing or a related field
• +8 years' experience in corporate communications or a similar role
• Proficiency in English and Italian Experience in the luxury industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms
• Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
