Closing of the sale of the Sports & Leisure activities of Redcats USA
PPR announces that Redcats has transferred the shares of The Sportsman’s Guide and The Golf Warehouse to Northern Tool + Equipment (NTE). The payment of the transaction was received under the terms announced on 8 November 2012.
