    In order for the company to take a new and significant step towards increasing the value of an essential asset for its future, I am pleased to announce the creation of a fnac Brand and Marketing Department headed by Isabelle Delaye, previously Marketing, Communication and Customer Service Director for France. This department will report to the Chairman’s office. Its objective is to develop the value of the fnac brand, guarantee its coherence and enhance its impact so as to increase brand differentiation and the company’s competitivity in all the countries in which it operates and for all its subsidiaries.



    At the same time, Catherine Roger, previously Director of Communications for Elle magazine and spin-off brands, joins fnac as Director of Communication. Also reporting to the chairman’s office, the corporate communications department groups together cultural action, press and institutional relations and sustainable development.



    Isabelle Delaye and Catherine Roger are members of the Management Committee.





    Biography of Isabelle Delaye


    After graduating from HEC in 1985, Isabelle Delaye joined Andersen Consulting (from 1986 to 1994), then the French Football World Cup Organising Committee as Ticketing Manager from 1994 to 1999. Isabelle then joined fnac as Marketing and Customer Service Manager and member of the Management Committee. She was appointed Marketing, Communication and Customer Service Manager for France in 2005 and was also entrusted with advertising and corporate communications.



    Biography of Catherine Roger


    A graduate of EFAP (School for Press Officers), Catherine Roger worked successively for the General Council of Doubs, then as a Consultant in the global communications agency Publiclé. In charge of promoting the “trade paper” department of Editions Mondiales from 1988 to 1991, she joined the Interdeco group in 1991 as Special Operations Manager. Catherine Roger was Director of Communications for ELLE magazine from 1995.
