Your opportunity We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Retail Performance & Omnichannel to join our Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) team, based in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Retail Excellence Manager, this role will be responsible for driving retail performance through data analytics, omnichannel initiatives, and strategic project management across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. This position plays a critical role in transforming business data into actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and enhance retail performance. As the regional retail performance analyst, you will monitor key business metrics including retail sales, client engagement, client segmentation, omnichannel performance, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends. In addition, you will lead and coordinate omnichannel projects across the region, ensuring successful deployment of new retail tools, processes, and initiatives that enhance the client journey and support business growth. Working closely with Retail, CRM, E-commerce, Operations, Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering a seamless omnichannel experience while driving operational excellence in line with Balenciaga's brand standards.

    Your opportunity

    We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Retail Performance & Omnichannel to join our Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) team, based in Singapore.     How you will contribute

    Retail Performance Analytics & Business Insights

    • Act as the regional retail performance analyst by monitoring and analysing key business KPIs across the SEAO region.
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide timely and actionable insights into retail performance, client engagement, client segmentation, omnichannel business, and operational KPIs.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve commercial results.
    • Partner with Retail Excellence, Retail Operations, CRM, Finance, and Store teams to support data-driven decision making.
    • Conduct ad hoc business analysis to support commercial initiatives, leadership requests, and strategic projects.
    • Monitor client database performance and clienteling metrics to identify opportunities to strengthen client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of retail and omnichannel data through regular validation and reporting governance.
    • Prepare business presentations and executive reports for regional management meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning.

    Omnichannel Performance & Project Management

    • Drive omnichannel performance by monitoring key omnichannel KPIs and recommending initiatives to improve sales conversion, operational efficiency, and client experience.
    • Lead regional deployment of omnichannel initiatives, digital retail tools, and system enhancements in collaboration with Global and Regional stakeholders.
    • Coordinate project planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, testing, training, and implementation to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Partner with Retail, E-commerce, Operations, IT, and external vendors to support continuous enhancement of omnichannel capabilities.
    • Evaluate project outcomes and measure business impact through performance tracking and post-implementation analysis.
    • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across omnichannel operations and digital retail processes.

    Retail Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Support regional Retail Excellence initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the client experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
    • Provide analytical support for regional retail projects, commercial initiatives, and operational transformation programmes.

    Who you are

    • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail analytics, business performance, retail excellence, omnichannel operations, commercial planning, or project management within an international luxury or premium retail environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is essential, with demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and performance reports for business stakeholders.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data modelling.
    • Strong analytical capability with proven experience interpreting business data and translating insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
    • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and regional markets.
    • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, client engagement metrics, CRM performance, omnichannel business, and store operations.
    • Highly organised with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
    • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional, multicultural, and regional environment.
    • Passionate about retail innovation, digital transformation, and leveraging data to improve business performance and client experience.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
