<div><div><div>Role MissionAs a Gucci Operations Controller, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom and accurate inventory.  You will support management in day-to-day operations including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.You will serve as a “Gucci Ambassador” by promoting the Gucci Values and Amplifiers. The brand’s iconic Wulu collection revisits the legendary Chinese gourd, an auspicious emblem in Chinese tradition.Qeelin is part of the global Luxury group Kering.  To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE <ul><li>Directly report to the International Product and Merchandising Director</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports to support business insights and decision‑making.</li><li>Support CRM system enhancements and coordinate cross‑functional activities to implement a holistic CRM approach.</li><li>Coordinate assigned projects and support the preparation of required documentation for external assessments.</li><li>Assist in coordinating product‑related initiatives and provide administrative support for product launch and various ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)</li><li>Relevant experience in CRM or project management is preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate cross‑functionally.</li><li>Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin &amp; Cantonese)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently</li><li>Available to work for 5 full days per week</li></ul>HOW WORK FOR US ?Unique opportunity to be working in Hong Kong under the headquarter office, and to strategically be a fashion-forwarder with new ideas and initiatives to be implemented globally.
