KERING APAC Logistics Financial Controller

Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a APAC Logistics Financial Controller who will report to the Group Supply Chain and Logistics Controlling Senior Manager as part of our dynamic team in Singapore. 

Within the Finance Department dedicated to the Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations of the assigned perimeter ensuring the accurate reporting of sales, margins and costs.

How you will contribute

• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders in order to guarantee group reporting.
• Reviewing the month-end closing process and consolidation of the HFM node.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in terms of logistics costs for the assigned perimeter.
• Preparing reports for monthly Actual, Forecast and Budget recharges to local and HQ team (brands and logistics).
• Support to local logistics team to maintain a smooth operation from a financial point of view.
• Interactions with the local logistics providers (3PL).
• Coordination of local SSC team (finance, HR, legal…) for the interactions with logistics activities.
• Ad-hoc support for logistics projects and analysis (e.g. country-to-country cost analysis…).
• Roll out of K-LEP project (estimated time 2/3 years) for the APAC logistics structure, in terms of new methodology for costs recharge and tracking of logistics costs with ABC model.
• Training to local logistics and finance team about how to work with the new reporting tool (Insight Logistics) to deliver information and monthly recharges to local and HQ brands.
• Act as point of expertise for the Data collection file (actual, forecast, budget to be filled by the local finance teams.

Who you are

• A university degree in Economics or Management Engineering (additional studies in logistics a plus).
• A controller with at least 5/8 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within a multinational fashion or logistics company).
• Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, working knowledge of SAP (FI-CO), MicroStrategy, Power Bi and HFM (Oracle) would be a plus.
• An analytical person with solid methodological skills.
• A detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines
• A proactive team player who is flexible, adaptable and reliable
• Fluent in English & Italian (French is a plus) as frequent liaising with HQ team based in Italy and France is essential.
