    Role Mission

    As Store Director, you will be the brand ambassador and leader of a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, building lasting relationships with our customers, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand's values of excellence. You will be responsible for exceeding store sales targets, inspiring your team to reach their full potential, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement innovative strategies to exceed store sales objectives, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing the performance of each product category.
    • Master the analysis of sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
    • Cultivate a customer-centric culture where every team member strives to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences.
    • Lead by example, interacting directly with customers, building personal relationships, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and members of the local community.
    • Organize exclusive events and strategic collaborations to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
    • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of passionate and customer-oriented sales professionals.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to help team members develop their skills and achieve their goals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where success is celebrated, and personal and professional growth is promoted.
    • Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards in terms of visual presentation, inventory management, and loss prevention.
    • Manage the store's budget responsibly, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management in the luxury retail sector or in a customer service-related industry.
    • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
    • Passion for fashion and luxury, and a deep understanding of market trends.
    • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
