    About us Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house. While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director. The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion. We are currently seeking a Couture Client Ambassador who will report to the Couture Client Director for George V Couture Store.

    Your opportunity

    You will contribute to the George V Couture Store sales while building a client portfolio. You will demonstrate strong capacity to retain clients. You will lead by example in terms of brand behaviors with clients and colleagues.

    How you will contribute

    • Achieve targets, quantitative and qualitative goals and KPIs
    • Welcome clients through private appointments, give tailor-made advice, listen to clients’ expectations, and answer requests
    • Build and develop a Couture client portfolio
    • Recruit new clients and convert Retail clients to Couture
    • Ensure the best client experience and follow-up before sales, in-store and after sales until the entire satisfaction of the client
    • Constantly liaise with your Couture clients to create authentic long-term relationships
    • Provide high quality feedback regarding clients, collection and store experience to the Management Team
    • Closely work with the stock team to ensure product availability to meet client requests
    • Present Balenciaga universe and signature, by giving details on collections with a storytelling approach, when needed
    • Maintain display and organization of all areas respecting the visual merchandising standards
    • Ensure client satisfaction by constantly providing the standards of Balenciaga & Couture services, image and values
    • Gather client’s feedback on collection & store experience
    • Prepare, organize and follow-up the deliveries and shipments to clients
    • Ensure a rigorous follow-up on product’s alteration, collaborating with the Atelier
    • Update the client database and sales data through the available tools and reports

    Who you are

    • A professional with a previous experience in Luxury, handling with VIC clients. A similar experience within a Couture House would be a plus.
    • A passionate with an excellent communication, teamwork and detail oriented.
    • A Couture Advocate with a product sensitivity and strong market and fashion knowledge.
    • Fluent in French & English, another language is a plus.
    • A game changer to participate in achieving sustainability goals.
