    Human Resources Coordinator DACH (m/f/d)

    We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Munich Head Office.

    How you will contribute?

    As a HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in various administrative and operational functions. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, payroll preparation, and contributing to the overall success of the HR team in our Munich Head Quarter. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to develop their HR skills and contribute to the success of a thriving organization. The HR Coordinator will report to the Human Resources Manager DACH:

    1. Recruitment Support & Onboarding:

    • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and initial candidate assessments.
    • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
    • Coordinate new employee onboarding processes.
    • Prepare and maintain new hire materials, documentation and filing.

    2. HR Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
    • Support the filing and organization of HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

    3. Payroll Preparation and Time management System:

    • Assist in the preparation of payroll processes.
    • Verify and process time and attendance data.
    • Collaborate with Kering HRSS and Finance to ensure accurate data.

    4. HR Support:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
    • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Who you are?

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, HRM background, or related field.

    Fluency in German and English is essential.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    Positive mentality someone who sees challenges as opportunities.

    Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday (Human Resources System) is a plus.
