    ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first fashion house to introduce the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with the creation of the 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966, synonymous with youth and freedom. This change represented a crucial first step in the modernisation of fashion and revolutionised the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury division of the Kering Group acquired the house of Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position it at the top of the luxury universe. Today, the Saint Laurent collections include women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewellery, scarves, ties and eyewear.

    ROLE

    We are looking for a dynamic Supply Inventory Controller who strives for excellence to manage all inventory logistics controlling in Finance Inventory Control department.

    The objective is to ensure retail inventory is properly received and transferred both physically and financially : having the right product, at the right place, at the right time on entire scope EMEA retail stores, departments stores and warehouses.

    The role involves working closely with supply teams, distribution management, and stores management to assure qualitative feedback and efficient data analysis.

    MISSIONS

    Financial controlling :

    • Assure all supplier’s invoicing, credit notes and debit notes are validated monthly and optimize flow
    • Consolidate intra-companies purchases throughout EMEA
    • Control resell financial flow
    • Manage buyback in systems
    • Provide monthly financial closure - stockledgers
    • Provide inventory data to auditors

    Logistics controlling:

    • Assure and control leadtime execution at store level (intra-companies and suppliers) following Merch/distribution’s planning
    • Correct transfer errors and assure flow accuracy 
    • Review in-store processes/execution aiming efficiency and optimization: reception, sending, discrepancy management
    • Consolidate all stores deliveries issues and assure quick resolution
    • Monthly dashboard to build and communicate to relevant departments
    • Maintain an accurate financial / logistic flow mapping and develop store handbook for international sendings

    Other :

    • Pricing and product status updates in systems
    • Participate on fiscal year stocktakes

    PROFILE

    • 2 to 4 years' experience in Inventory Control or Finance.
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English is essential
    • Very good command of the Office Pack and Excel
    • Autonomous, rigorous and organised, good analytical skills and good interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiasm for the Brand and the Fashion Industry
