    Role Summary

    Reporting to the People Partner, the People Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement. You will be a trusted first point of contact for HR queries and help drive an exceptional employee experience.

    This is an exciting opportunity to contribute across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leaders and employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across ANZ, including advertising, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience

    • Track probation periods and support managers with timely reviews and documentation

    • Coordinate fortnightly payroll in partnership with Kering Shared Services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, acting as a Workday champion and key point of contact

    • Prepare HR reports including headcount and turnover metrics

    • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and benefits administration

    • Provide guidance on HR policies and respond to employee queries

    • Assist with HR projects and annual cycles such as performance and compensation reviews

    About You

    • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR, People & Culture, or administrative role

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

    • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

    • Confident communicator with a professional and approachable style

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office

    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
