BOTTEGA VENETA Digital Project Manager Intern (Curricular Internship)

The Digital Project Manager Intern supports the Digital Project Management team in coordinating and delivering creative content across all digital Marketing touchpoints. 

The role works closely with the Digital Project Manager and assists in the daily follow-up of projects, helping ensure alignment between creative, production, and marketing teams.

A background or strong interest in digital communication, image, or creative production is preferred. 

How you will contribute

 
Campaign & Content Coordination
• Assists in the planning and rollout of seasonal campaigns across digital channels.
• Helps track timelines, deliverables, and approvals between global and regional teams.
• Contributes to organizing creative assets for different platforms.

E-commerce, CRM, and Client engagement tools
• Supports the preparation, orchestration, and delivery of content for website, newsletters, and CRM tools.
• Assists in maintaining calendars and monitoring the consistency of launches across markets.

Social media & Regional Support
• Contributes to collecting and organizing social media and store imagery assets.
• Assists with coordination between internal teams and regional partners.

Shows & Events
• Provides support during key brand moments such as shows, activations, and store events.
• Helps with coordination, content delivery, and internal distribution.

Administrative Support
• Assists in tracking budgets, preparing documents, and coordinating with external partners and suppliers.

Who you are

• A graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Digital Communication, Project Management, Marketing, or Creative Production with strong organizational and aesthetic sensibility.

• Studies and/or project work in digital communication, image, or creative production is a plus
• Fluent in English is mandatory, Italian is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion fashion products
• Organized and detail focused individual

• Team work oriented
• Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
