You will promote and enhance the Gucci brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.  Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Work with the Store Manager to drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives, while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability. </li><li>Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.  </li><li>Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling and maintaining a high sell through, as well as alignment with new product launches. </li><li>Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and seasonal strategy by partnering with the Training Area.</li><li>Clearly understands company set KPI’s and exhibits the ability to identify strategies when performance standards are not met. </li></ul>Client Development <ul><li>Lead the team to consistently establish client relationships and propose local events through continuous networking.</li><li>Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty.</li><li>Support the development, implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team. </li><li>Supervise the meaningful customer data capture for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. </li><li>Monitor monthly CRM database reporting. </li></ul>Operations <ul><li>Partner with the Store Manager to recap monthly store performance in end-of-month format and report current business trends to cover every aspect of the business, including competitor performance. </li><li>Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures including Operations, Human Resources, and security standards. </li><li>Comply with all Loss Prevention quarterly self-audits, monthly cycle counts, incident reporting and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure annual inventory shrinkage is below company target. </li><li>Provide accurate monthly schedules by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage.</li><li>Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by world-wide headquarters.</li><li>Maintain full organization of company assets per the back-of-house and front-of-house guidelines provided by headquarters. </li></ul>Talent Management <ul><li>Support the Store Manager with monthly coaching/counseling sessions with associates to review performance and provide timely feedback.</li><li>Assist with the performance check-in process for all store employees and set annual employee goals in alignment with store director. </li><li>Partner with the Store Manager to identify and create action plans for low performers and build succession plans for high talent.</li><li>Attract, recruit, and retain a high performing team and build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.</li><li>Support a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.</li><li>Manage the allocation of staff resources and schedule to effectively drive sales and maintain a high standard of customer service. </li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 4 - How you will contributeA. Join our passionate journey and fulfil your potential and creativity.La tua opportunità:Stiamo cercando un &#34;Addetto/a alla Invetriatura a macchina&#34; che, rispondendo al responsabile di sezione, entrerà a far parte del team &#34;Invetriatura&#34; nella nostra sede di Sesto Fiorentino (FI).In questo ruolo, all’interno della Manifattura, ti occuperai delle attività operative del processo di invetriatura mediante impianti automatici.Come contribuirai:<ul><li>Ti occuperai dei setup e della conduzione dell’impianto automatico di invetriatura a tuffo (dip-glazing) e dell’impianto robotizzato di invetriatura a spruzzo (spray-glazing)</li><li>Svolgerai attività di controllo qualità dei prodotti in entrata e uscita da macchinari e controlli di processo</li><li>Ti preoccuperai della corretta gestione e del mantenimento delle attrezzature</li><li>Rendiconterai i pezzi lavorati e gli eventuali scarti</li><li>Svolgerai attività di movimentazione del prodotto in entrata e in uscita dalla postazione di lavoro</li></ul>Chi sei:<ul><li>Hai maturato esperienza nell&#39;utilizzo di impianti di verniciatura automatici e/o di macchinari industriali</li><li>Dimostri attenzione al dettaglio e sensibilità verso la qualità del prodotto</li><li>Possiedi buone capacità di problem solving e sei interessato/a all&#39;ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi e all&#39;industrializzazione di nuovi articoli</li><li>Ti distingui per la tua predisposizione al lavoro in team e per la capacità di collaborare efficacemente con i colleghi</li></ul>Why work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary transformation and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
