We are looking for a commercially astute Senior HR Manager who will lead the HR agenda across Southeast Asia and Oceania by partnering with business leaders to deliver effective people strategies, support business growth, and strengthen organizational capability.

Key Accountabilities: Development and Management of Client Engagement Events and Experiences <ul><li>Define high impact, format of client events and experiences in-store and offsite, catered to different tiers of clients, leveraging on the global brand, client and  local commercial calendars</li><li>Develop and effectively share guidelines with the local markets, to support execution of the different formats, ensuring high quality of client experiences and adherence to the overall brand guidelines and codes</li><li>Drive the management of these events and experiences together with local markets ensuring that all opportunities and creativity are maximised</li><li>Manage sample sets for activation set ups, manage digital and Luce catalogues as required to enhance the client experience during activations</li><li>Ensure that the team delivers impeccable pre and post purchase and follow up actions/ after activations or brand experience</li></ul>Plan the recruitment of New Customers and strong network<ul><li>Plan for external opportunities to develop the stores network of top segment clients and identify best practices from across the luxury industry</li><li>Identify and implement roadmap with local market Customer Engagement manager and Store teams</li><li>Foster third party collaborations for client network expansion via partnerships with sport, wellness, finance, art, society, real estate, luxury cars and philanthropic institutes</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Prepare event briefs for agencies and artists, ensure that all aspects are approved prior to roll out</li><li>Collaborate closely with Merchandising &amp; VM, Finance, Procurement, Retail &amp; Training team in executing key client initiatives/projects.</li><li>Manage directly budget and agency management for larger projects</li></ul>Management of Event &amp; Experience Budgets &amp; Profitability<ul><li>Work with local team to ensure target setting is higher than previous year (target by country and event type)</li><li>Drive objectives of each activation ensuring maximum ROI generation, high average spending per appointment and maximising client targeting effectively</li><li>Ensure profitability by event is in line with targets, budget is in line with allocations, costs to be reviewed and negotiated</li></ul>Reporting<ul><li>Monitor performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, provide feedback and utilise qualitative and quantitative results to improve execution, formats and client experience</li><li>Analyse competitor / market trends and needs on a monthly basis, provide feedback for future opportunities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Marketing, retail or related discipline</li><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry</li><li>Proven track record in managing events and experiences for luxury clientele</li><li>Ability to plan and implement in store client activations</li><li>Able to multi-task, manage tight timelines, work over the weekend and travel when required</li><li>Disciplined, well-presented with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>Highly driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment</li><li>Attention to detail and good understanding of luxury clienteling</li><li>Highly competent in MS Office applications</li><li>Resourceful, results oriented and a good team player</li></ul>

How you will contributeA. Shipment Management (50%)<ul><li>Handle the full set of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, freight booking …etc</li><li>Monitor shipment schedules daily, track outgoing/ incoming shipments, and resolve any delays or customs clearance issues.</li><li>Maintain and share accurate shipment records in the system or shared drives to ensure end-to-end traceability for all after sales transactions.</li><li>Communicate shipment status updates to internal stakeholders (Stores, HQ, regional office ) as needed.</li></ul>B. Spare Parts Management (40%)<ul><li>Manage spare parts order processing for repairs, from order creation to delivery confirmation.</li><li>Prepare and maintain spare parts reports ( daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.</li><li>Liaise with stores and the HQ team for parts availability, backorder updates and special requests.</li><li>Monitor spare parts inventory levels and its accuracy.</li></ul>C. <div><div><div>Role   AS the Supply chain intern, this role offers hands-on exposure to the full scope of supply chain operations at a luxury jewelry Maison, spanning supply chain operations, logistics operations management, and data management.    Key Responsibilities Supply chain operations   - Extract inventory data from internal systems and regularly update inventory tracking files. - Manage inbound shipment schedules and arrival notice across product categories and keep shipment/consolidation tracking files up to date. - Consolidate and process weekly customer and boutique replenishment orders based on minimum stock levels, and track order status, back-orders, and expected delivery dates against internal service-level targets. - Consolidate data and support quarterly supply chain performance analysis and business reviews with the team. - Communicate order status with HQ and provide inventory updates to boutiques. - Manage POSM replenishment based on sales trends, including system stock updates and discrepancy checks with logistics partners - Support the timely distribution of packaging materials and POSM to boutiques.    Logistics operations management - Support regular and Carnet import shipments export operations. - Monitor inbound and outbound shipment schedules and share relevant updates. - Consolidate weekly export requests and maintain the related shipment records. - Prepare, review, and distribute shipping documents, including HAWBs, invoices, and flight information. - Coordinate stock returns and outbound shipments with logistics partners and internal stakeholders. - Share the necessary shipment and customs clearance information with relevant parties.  Data Management &amp; General operations - Maintain store-to-store stock transfer requests and follow up on pending cases. - Consolidate transfer and inventory data to support process improvements. - Compile monthly logistics expenses and support invoice processing. - Assist with regular stock counts and consignment inventory management. - Report system issues and coordinate follow-up through IT support tickets.</div></div></div><div>Requirements - A University graduate who has interested in Luxury brand or Retail industry in retail market - Basic understanding of luxury jewelry products - Strong proficiency in MS Excel - Strong communication skills in English &amp; Korean - Proactive and collaborative working attitude  - Strong communication and organizational skills &amp; time management. - Customer-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and quality.</div>
