Fondée en 1961, Yves Saint Laurent a été la première maison de couture à lancer le concept du prêt-à-porter de luxe en créant, en 1966, la ligne ‘Rive Gauche’, synonyme de jeunesse et de liberté. ContexteCoté au CAC 40, Kering a construit un réseau international solide de centres de services partagés financiers, couvrant les entités en charge des magasins des Maisons du Groupe dans les principales régions. L&#39;activité des Services Financiers Partagés de Kering en Europe est organisée autour des fonctions suivantes : MDM (Gestion des Données de Référence) / OTC (Order to Cash) / PTP (Purchase to Pay) / RTR (Record to Reporting) / FP&amp;A (Planification et Analyse Financière).Nous recherchons actuellement un Manager Comptabilité Générale (RTR) pour le Centre de Services Partagés de la plateforme Europe à La Défense.Comment vous allez contribuer Rattaché au Responsable de la Plateforme FSSC Europe, vous gérerez et superviserez le processus Record to Report relatif à la comptabilité générale et le suivi financier mensuel des entités de détail des Maisons Kering. Vous serez responsable de garantir l&#39;exactitude et l&#39;intégrité des enregistrements comptables, de gérer les processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle conformément aux GAAP locaux pour la clôture annuelle statutaire et aux normes comptables internationales (IFRS). Vous dirigerez une équipe de plusieurs comptables. Ce rôle nécessite de solides compétences en gestion, une compréhension approfondie des principes comptables dans plusieurs pays européens, et la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un contexte de transformation globale et de croissance des services partagés.ResponsabilitesGestion du processus R2R en charge de la comptabilité générale :<ul><li>Superviser le processus de clôture comptable des sociétés de détail du groupe, comprenant la comptabilité générale, les immobilisations, les comptes sociaux et fiscaux, les déclarations fiscales et sociales réglementaires, les ajustements de prix de transfert, le suivi des loyers et les flux inter-sociétés de plusieurs entités juridiques de détail situées en Europe.</li><li>Assurer la conformité avec les normes comptables internationales et locales (IFRS, GAAP) et les exigences réglementaires (fiscales) des pays européens concernés.</li><li>Superviser et diriger les processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle, avec la préparation et l&#39;analyse des états financiers et des rapports.</li><li>Rationaliser les pratiques actuelles pour garantir des rapports financiers précis et de qualité en respectant les délais statutaires et de consolidation. Examiner et approuver les écritures de journal, les rapprochements de comptes et les états financiers.</li><li>Mettre en place et maintenir des contrôles internes robustes pour garantir l&#39;intégrité des données financières. Assurer la conformité avec les politiques internes et les réglementations externes.</li><li>Vous serez le point de contact avec les auditeurs internes et externes en relation avec le coordinateur d&#39;audit FSSC Europe et les cabinets comptables et fiscaux externalisés pour assurer la conformité fiscale locale.</li><li>Identifier les opportunités d&#39;amélioration des processus et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour améliorer l&#39;efficacité et la précision. Diriger ou participer à des projets de transformation financière et de mise en œuvre de systèmes.</li><li>Assurer une transition fluide et gérer, en coordination avec les autres flux SSC, la centralisation des activités comptables locales.</li></ul>Gestion des processus R2R en charge des flux inter-sociétés en coordination avec un assistant manager et son équipe :<ul><li>Vous serez responsable du développement de l&#39;équipe dédiée aux flux inter-sociétés encadrée par un assistant manager et de la mise en place de procédures.</li><li>Vous surveillerez, en coordination avec l&#39;équipe de transformation financière, toutes les améliorations des systèmes et les développements informatiques liés aux flux inter-sociétés. Vous dirigerez un projet inter-sociétés pour améliorer la qualité des rapprochements et leur automatisation.</li><li>Vous serez responsable du processus de bout en bout des flux inter-sociétés, en les réconciliant mensuellement et en étant le point de contact avec différents intervenants, y compris les Maisons Kering, d&#39;autres SSC locaux ou les équipes de logistiques ou d’inventory control.</li><li>Vous collaborerez avec tous les services de la plateforme FSSC, P2P, O2C et le contrôle financier pour rationaliser les processus et travailler avec la trésorerie régionale. Vous serez en charge de l’établissement des factures inter compagnies et de la correcte comptabilisation dans l’entité partenaire ainsi que la vérification des factures à payer en respectant les deadlines du calendrier de clôture de paiement en lien avec l’équipe P2P.</li></ul>Responsabilité de manager et gestion de l’équipe :<ul><li>Gérer une équipe d&#39;environ 15 personnes avec un flux inter-sociétés dédié en charge d&#39;environ 95 entités juridiques et des comptables généraux en charge des comptes statutaires de 30 entités juridiques en France, Monaco, Belgique, Luxembourg et Allemagne pour toutes les Maisons Kering.</li><li>Superviser, former et développer l&#39;équipe en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant. Assurer une répartition efficace des tâches et une gestion des performances. About us

Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.
While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well.
