We are currently seeking a Global Media Planner who will report to the APAC Media Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
- Assist in developing and executing Paid media plans for APAC markets: In charge of campaign set up, execution and reporting. Focus markets: Greater China and South-East Asia (HK / TW / SG / TH / AU / KR / JP)
- Manage the local media agency to ensure that global marketing and campaign strategy is respected and localized within response to briefs
- In charge of SEA & GR. CN media plans: ensuring a full funnel, omnichannel view responding to the campaign objective. Partnering with different media agency teams (Local and Central) for an integrated plan and KPI overview
- Day-to-day operational POC for the media agency to ensure progress of planning, booking and reporting
- Manage and control local digital campaigns set ups with local media agency (UTMs, trafficking and measurement)
- Oversee the APAC Organic Social Calendar with regional teams: (Line TW/TH/JP, Kakao, Weibo, Red, We Chat) ensure planning and Reporting is done on time and respects global HQ comms calendar.
- Partner closely with regional teams and local media agency to bring monthly competitive analysis, ad-hoc competitive activities insights, and new partners opportunities
- Lead process from media production to execution (digital, print and OOH) among project management team, creative production agency and local media agency.
- Analyze and present post campaign activities (KPIs) performances to Media Manger and regional teams with clear learnings and next steps
- Budget Controller on the defined markets: Keeping up to date global budget tracker and single markets’ invoice tracker for budgets reconciliation in local and EUR currencies
- Keep constantly up to date integrated marketing / Media presentations for APAC Markets
- In charge of internal information Cross-Sharing on APAC Markets: the candidate needs to ensure plans updates are given to relevant internal teams and is expected to proactively reach out to other departments for required planning information
Who you are?
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in media, ideally on APAC markets and on luxury brands, both traditional and digital media
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively while demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable to articulate and represent objectives when liaising with media agency and local teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent on PowerPoint and Excel
- Positive demeanor, is an excellent collaborator and communicator across teams and regions
- Teamwork - an ability to understand the media strategy and marketing process and be able to work efficiently and effectively with partners as directed by the Media Manager
- Quick to act, think outside the box, solution-oriented and results-oriented
- Ability to coordinate and track high volume of work through an end to end workflow
- Ability to analyze data and develop learnings and next steps from it
- Fluent in English
