Role Mission
You will have the opportunity to be part of our dynamic hats and gloves product development team in Florence. Your responsibility will be to carry out research and development of raw materials used in our collections.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform research and development of materials based on input from design office and surrent trends
- Collaborate with Technical Office in order to guarantee all products meet required standards
- Work with Suppliers and Technical Office team to ensure on-time delivery of samples
- Execute all material development changes tracking development schedule with accurate technical details (material, size, colour) using the company PLM system
- Compile and update “Bill of Materials” (distinta base) for each collection
- Manage technical product data sheets·
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma in Textile
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good organizational skills and problem solving ability
- Flexible, adaptable and reliable
- Passion about Fashion Luxury
- Willing to travel
