How you will contribute
Act as a true HR Business Partner within the assigned functions, in order to contribute to the achievement of business and organizational targets (growth, profitability, people engagement).
Support in the implementation of all people management related processes in line with Group guidelines (Performance Management, Talent Review, Salary Review, Budgeting, Employee Relations…).
Contribute to the organizational review and design for the assigned functions, supporting growth, change and the achievement of the assigned team’s performance targets.
Support the Line Managers in analyzing training needs, designing, organizing and implementing training activities to support people growth.
Implement People Engagement projects and Internal Communication initiatives.
Guarantee talent acquisition for the assigned functions, on time and on cost, in order to sustain the mid and long term development of the organization.
Collaborate with Universities and Education Institutions and sustain our Employer Branding Initiatives.
Organize induction plans and welcome meetings for all new starters of the assigned job families.
Guarantee the implementation of all HR Admin related processes for the assigned functions, ensuring that flows are promptly and accurately managed.
Support the Line Managers on specific HR related projects as required from time to time.
Contribute developing a sustainable, diversified, imaginative and empowered environment.
Who you are
A university graduate with 4 years of experience in similar roles in a fast-paced environment
Experience as HR Generalist and in talent acquisition
Fluent written and spoken English and Italian
Full MS Office working proficiency
Organized and process driven, great attention to details, able to prioritize effectively
Flexible and multitasking
High attention to details
Focused on results
Effective communication at all levels
Able to work in team, embracing team spirit approach
Able to keep calm under pressure.
Desire to learn and develop in HR, with enthusiasm
