Your opportunity
As an intern within the Global Distribution team, you will support key activities related to data analysis, Business Intelligence, and packaging replenishment processes. This role offers exposure to supply chain operations in a worldwide, multibrand, multichannel context.
How you will contribute
- Support the team in analysis and BI activities, including data extraction, reporting, and dashboard creation to monitor performance and KPIs.
- Assist brand planners in using the Packaging Replenishment system, providing guidance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the extension of the application’s scope, collaborating with the team to identify new functionalities and support implementation.
- Internal Communication: coordinating the preparation of quarterly newsletter, shared with all the Brands Supply Chain Team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Brands) to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power Point; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Power Query) is a plus.
- Curious, proactive, problem-solver and eager to learn about supply chain processes and systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Fluent in English; Italian or French is a plus.
