KERING Real Estate Business Analyst Intern

In Kering Real Estate team, we are looking for a Real Estate Business Analyst intern who could join our Travel Retail & Department Store Team. The primary role for the intern will be to consolidate knowledge of the brands, the market, the locations and the competitors, supporting the travel retail and Department store channel (department itself and brands) in the business development and continuous improvement activities.

He / she will also be in charge of the Kering Travel retail & Department Store network monitoring, collecting internal data from brands and developing monthly and ad hoc analysis.

How you will contribute

Market intelligence

• Collect and maintain information on the locations and the competitors (passengers/visitors, brands / operators, expirations, estimated sell out, etc) at a worldwide level
• Support the business development activities with estimates and analysis
• Support the identification of future trends of the channel

Network Monitor

• Support brands monitoring and improving their own performances
• Monitor brands performance in the channel
• Identify insights and trends

Who you are

Mandatory:

• Knowledge of the luxury and fashion market
• English fluency
• Good standing
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
• Flexibility to adapt to urgencies and changing priorities
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
