We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Audit Planner will be part of the Kering Supply Chain Audit Department in our Florence office.
Your opportunity
As part of Kering’s vision for a transparent, traceable, and responsible luxury supply chain, the Supply Chain Audit Planner plays a pivotal role and will be in charge to manage data, plan and schedule audit activities aimed to ensure the social, environmental and compliance in the supply chain of Kering Group.
How you will contribute
- Organize and planned audit activities across the supply chain, ensuring timely execution and coverage of all relevant suppliers.
- Plan and prioritize audits to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Scheduling activities using internal datebase and Business Intelligence tools:
- Internal Audit Team
- External body Auditors in Italy and abroad
- Direct contact with internal team and external stakeholders for the execution of the activity.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Scientific and Humanistic Disciplines or comparable education.
- You have 1/2 years’ experience working. Experience of planning/auditing activities is a plus.
- An analytical problem solver and team player who can share information and communicate well.
- Professional with a strong sense of urgency, highly organized, focused to detail and having excellent delivery skills.
- A Microsoft Office expert.
- Fluency in Italian and English (read, written, spoken). French and Chinese knowledge are a plus.
