    GUCCI Operations Manager (São Roque)

    Role Mission To oversee and drive the Back-Office Department business goals in line with corporate policies and procedures ensuring a smooth run of the store. To support the adequate integration and optimization between back-office and front office. To provide process improvement initiatives that are necessary to improve the operational efficiency of the business.

     Key Accountabilities

     Stock control

    • In partnership with the Store Director lead the stock team
    • Ensure that effective communication is maintained with the Managerial team and Gucci corporate team
    • Coordinate organization of stock in accordance with Gucci directives and procedures (style, size, and color) 
    • Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner
    • Ensure replenishment is done hourly and accurately
    • Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner
    • Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles
    • Ensure orders and stock levels of stationary, drinks and packaging orders and stock levels
    • Plan and undertake with the SD inventory operations, monitoring loss-prevention and unknown mark-downs ensuring an accurate and organized store inventory always.
    • Liaise with the Operations/Inventory Control team
    • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the SD.

    Till

    • In partnership with the SD lead the cash desk organization and the cashier team
    • Check sales reports and make sure transactions are done correctly
    • Check discrepancies regularly and to be able to rectify them when possible
    • Liaise with accounts and finance department


    After sales

    • After Sales consignments control
    • Keep track of damage location, transfers
    • Keep track of what goes to the repair center. Shipments to/from repair center
    • Follow up on communications to and from the repair center
    • Make sure items are collected by customers
    • Inventory control of After Sales tools.

    Facility

    • Be the point of contact with the corporate Facility team for all the related issues (refurbishments, set up for special events etc.)

    Team Coordination

    • In partnership with the SD ensure:
      • A strong level of awareness regarding store operations and policies.
      • A good performance of the Back-Office team

    Key Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Fluent in English
    • Highly committed to the Gucci brand and with a strong passion for opportunity presented
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
