    Position : Talent Management Assistant (Fixed Term-1 Year) Department : Human Resources Reporting To: HR Associate Director Key Accountabilities - Overall recruitment process support (Market research, Searching, CV screening, Interview scheduling, etc.) - Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online job posting and direct searching, and referrals - Discover professional job sites to source talents from not only retail, but different industries for diversity in recruitment - Post all job ads - Build talent pools in advance of need through direct searching - Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and provide information about the organization and position - Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting implementation. - Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data - Perform other duties as assigned - Support all employer branding & Recruitment project in Korea & Overseas - Visa support for overseas employee and prepare on boarding in Korea - Manage all candidate data in the relevant master files and systems Administration work (Excel, PPT)

    Key Requirements

    • Interest in Talent Acquisition and overall HRM
    • Recruiting work experiences (including Internship) is preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
    • Responsible, Proactive, Fast Learner, Team Player, Dedicated and Enthusiastic to his/her job
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer programs
    • Experience in managing and maintaining data accuracy
    • Fluent in English & Korean
