Key ResponsibilitiesPR &amp; Communications- Execute regional PR and communications initiatives in alignment with overall brand direction and seasonal priorities.- Manage daily PR activities including press materials, media outreach, coverage tracking, and reporting.- Maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, editors, stylists, and industry opinion leaders to support ongoing brand visibility.- Support regular media pitching and ensure all communications materials are accurate, polished, and on-brand.- Coordinate editorial opportunities, press requests, and media-related follow-up in a timely and professional manner.Advertising &amp; Media Execution- Support the execution of traditional advertising initiatives, including OOH, print advertising, and other offline media placements, in alignment with brand and campaign priorities.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, media partners, and vendors on advertising timelines, artwork submission, approvals, production, and placement.- Ensure all advertising materials are consistent with brand guidelines and delivered accurately and on schedule.- Support tracking, documentation, and reporting of advertising and media placements where applicable.Events, Partnerships &amp; Brand Visibility- Support the planning and execution of brand events, including store openings, press previews, media gatherings, and client activations.- Assist in identifying and supporting partnership opportunities with like-minded luxury brands, hotels, art institutions, and other relevant collaborators.- Work closely with retail partners and landlord marketing teams to support aligned activations, visibility opportunities, and co-branded initiatives.- Contribute to initiatives that elevate brand presence across key moments and platforms.Marketing &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration- Support the execution of regional marketing and communication activities across campaigns, launches, and key commercial moments.- Collaborate closely with Retail, Clienteling, Merchandising and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.- Help align PR efforts with broader marketing and social media activity to ensure a cohesive brand experience.- Support in-store activations and engagement initiatives that drive traffic and strengthen client connection.Influencer &amp; Celebrity Support- Support selection of influencer, KOL, and celebrity for engagement that in line with business priorities and available budgets.- Coordinate occasional product seeding, dressing requests, and related follow-up where relevant.- Monitor relevant cultural, celebrity, and influencer trends to share insights and identify appropriate visibility opportunities.Operations, Reporting &amp; Coordination- Oversee day-to-day PR sample coordination, including logistics, tracking, and returns, with careful attention to luxury asset handling.- Prepare reports, presentation materials, and relevant documentation to support PR and marketing activities.- Assist with contracts, payments, filing, and other administrative follow-up as needed.- Provide regular updates and performance insights to support ongoing optimization of initiatives.Qualifications &amp; Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally within the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail sector.- Solid experience in media relations, PR execution, event coordination, and marketing support.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in*English and Mandarin.- Good understanding of luxury brand positioning, communications, and cultural trends.- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, media monitoring tools, and relevant PR platforms..
