A PROPOS DE SAINT LAURENT
 
Fondée en 1961, Yves Saint Laurent a été la première maison de couture à lancer le concept du prêt-à-porter de luxe en créant, en 1966, la ligne ‘Rive Gauche’, synonyme de jeunesse et de liberté. Ce changement a représenté un premier pas crucial dans la modernisation de la mode et a révolutionné le paysage socio-culturel.

The Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate will work closely with the Store/Corporate Operations Manager, supporting to ensure the stores are operating efficiently and effectively while staying in line with Company policies and guidelines. The Store Operations Associate will be able to take the initiative in thinking about what the business needs and successfully support to implement projects, supporting the retail function, ensuring that store locations are maintained to the highest levels and that the brand image is consistently represented by the in-store environment. This Store Operations Associate is also responsible for the correct handling of goods in store and care of the product and compliance with KPIs, guidelines and company procedures. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. Reporting into the FP&A Director, the Business Analyst involves meticulous oversight of sales and KPIs, encompassing daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD reporting. This includes proactive scrutiny of retail KPIs, such as conversion rates, traffic, and product category performance, with detailed explanations for any variances provided to management. The analyst also plays a pivotal role in setting daily sales targets, conducting ad hoc analyses on various aspects like sales density and competitor benchmarking, and preparing comprehensive recaps for executive store visits. Additionally, the position actively supports the monthly, half-year, and year-end closing processes, contributing to the seamless submission of sales reports to HQ and collaborating with the FP&A Director on budgeting and forecasting for retail sales across channels and countries.

ABOUT SAINT LAURENT
