    Your Opportunity

    As Logistics Operations Senior Manager, you are managing the 3PLs activities, in order to secure logistic execution and match expected service level at defined costs within South East Asia & Oceania region. Logistics team’s priority is to maintain Operational Excellence on our distribution and reverse flows, with respect of the environmental guidelines and efficiency objectives.

    Your role is to ensure alignment with capacity and planning to achieve Logistics objectives at the agreed costs and SLA with our logistics partners, for all scope of Brands’ activities including Merch and Non-Merch products. The objective is to enhance visibility on Brands and Warehouse sides, on targets and roadmaps, and ensure collaboration with all stakeholders for best in class execution.

    This role is based in the Singapore Distribution Center, and the scope covers the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and India. Direct reporting is to the SEAO Logistics Director.

    How you will contribute

    OPERATIONS AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

    • Supervise 3PLs to ensure that all logistics operations are achieved within SLA, following internal SOPs, and that capacity is in adequation with staffing;
    • Provide visibility and transparency to brands on the Operational activities, and activate escalation with relevant stakeholders when operations are disrupted
    • Create a framework of collaborations with Brands and 3PL, while regrouping needs and centralizing communications, to align on objectives and target
    • Review medium and long term forecast with with 3PLs and Brands to anticipate needs and adapt resources plan as well as enhance processes to meet expectations
    • Drive process improvement, contribute to Logistics projects business cases to highlight operational benefits and requirements; and track on-time completion from 3PLs standpoint
    • Pilot contracts with 3PLs: scope definition, period and renewal strategy, negotiation, end of life)
    • Co-lead subcontracting negotiations with Procurement team related to Logistics partners:  respect cost objectives and service level, as well as global guidelines and  Corporate Social Responsibility strategy
    • Bring environmental concerns at center of discussions and partner with Sustainability Ambassador to implement actions related to Operations
    • Ensure compliance to Maison's and Group's standards & legal rules (Safety, Security and Social labor treatment)

    BUDGET AND PERFORMANGE MANAGEMENT

    • Monitor Operational KPIs, service level agreements, costs and efficiency; lead corrective actions plans in case of underperformance and to align with budget
    • Drive reduction of cost per piece by monitoring processes efficiency
    • Perform operational audit and drive improvement plans; contribute to providers' audits
    • Maintain stock accuracy up to the agreed standards; Control inventory processes to ensure stock reliability
    • Elaborate Logistics Operations budget in cooperation with Finance department; follow up on actual expenses versus budget and on invoicing. Challenge Brands’ Forecast when needed
    • Collaborate with Finance on the Recharge Process to the brands; support assisting on costs generated by Logistics processes and related drivers

    PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION

    • Communicate the Operational highlights with team members, Kering and Brands
    • Develop partnership with the Brands to incorporate their strategies and objectives to Kering Roadmap and Capabilities
    • Recruit, motivate, train, and develop potential within the team. Assess opportunities of reallocation of resources based on company needs and strategy
    • Set challenging and achievable goals for each team members and as a team

    Who you are

    • 5-year-experience in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Technology or related field including management experience
    • Background on Warehouse or 3PL Management in South East Asia countries, knowledge of local requirements for warehousing activities
    • Experience in a multi-national environment highly desired, working with stakeholders from different functions, locations and time zones
    • Demonstrated people leadership skills
    • Excellent communication for reporting and visibility purposes with all levels of seniority
