    ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear. We are currently seeking a After-Sales & Customer Service Executive who will report to the Retail Operation Manager as part of our dynamic team.


    You will handle overall after-sales and customer services, working closely with the store employees and Kering customer service team.


    After Sales &Customer Service Executive delivers the highest level of customer service in After Sales in order to guarantee an outstanding customer experience and satisfy customer needs, in line with the company’s vision, mission and goals as well as company policies.

    He/she will be part of the Retail Operations team and support Korea DOS and DFS stores with referents from various regions, in a multi-lingual/multi-category environment.

    He/she considers both short and long-term interests of the customer in making After Sales and Customer Service decisions and takes risks to serve these interests.

    After Sales & Customer Sales Executive will also secure cooperation between front office and back office, as well as outside repair vendors.
