HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Partner with client groups on all HR activities (performance management, talent management, employee relations) and strategically provide solutions as opportunities are identified.
Manage people movement including and immigration activities and communication.
Partner with COEs and shared services to proactively improve HR processes and outcomes
Ensure HR alignment with business related initiatives. Ensure that issues are handled in a consistent manner to limit exposure.
Assist in development and continuous improvement of HR strategies and processes to enhance the experience of our employees.
Build relationships with management and establish a valuable consultative role within the organization.
Provide effective coaching, counseling and progressive disciplinary strategies on all employee performance opportunities.
Resolve employee relations issues and conduct objective investigations.
Identify training needs within client groups; evaluate, plan and source the appropriate training and education activities.
Counsel client group management on Human Resource policy, practice and procedures.
Support delivery of HR projects, engagement and change initiatives.
Who You Are:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree or relevant work experience.
Minimum 5 years generalist or combined specialist experience.
Demonstrated proficiency with Human Resource functions and delivery
Knowledge of US labor laws and HR practices
Ability to influence, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, follow-up and creative solution skills.
Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion culture
General business acumen and analytical skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred.
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year
