Job Summary/Purposes:
Significantly contributes to the store sales, by providing Balenciaga signature to all internal and external clients, supporting the management team and representing Balenciaga brand and image.
He/she embodies Balenciaga behaviors and engage clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Maximize sales and provide excellent client and after-sales service
Achieve sales targets, quantitative and qualitative goals and KPIs
Closely work with stock team to ensure product rotation
Provide high quality relevant feedbacks regarding and requested report to the Management
Deal with and report all delicate situations regarding client complaints to the Department Manager and/or consistently Associate Store Director
Keep inform on market, fashion trends and business environment by regularly mystery shop local competitors

Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all behaviors including communication and teamwork
Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented, collaborative, available and versatile approach
Facilitate teamwork in all situations by assisting colleagues in order to provide client experience and achieve goals
Participate in achieving sustainability goals
A BRAND PROMOTER (CLIENTS)
Behave in compliance with the standards of Balenciaga services, image and values
Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally and guarantee excellent client experience
Inspire clients by embodying the Balenciaga Universe
Ensure seamless Omnichannel Client journeys
Present Balenciaga universe and signature, by giving details on collections and inspirations with a storytelling approach, when needed
Give tailor-made advice, listening clients’ expectations and answering requests
Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards
Maintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising Standard
Execute product presentation guidelines
Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships
Ensure client satisfaction by constantly providing the standards of Balenciaga services, image and values
Create and update client portfolio consistently on Luce app
Engage the clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from the welcoming step to after-sales assistance
Follow the guidelines provided by HQs regarding the Client journeys and loyalty program, including welcome and treatments
Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards
Maintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising Standard

A PROCESS SUPPORTER
Support the Management in all the store processes compliance and follow-up
Process client transactions at the cash desk (in-store and distant sales)
Promote and execute omnichannel services in store
Receive and process store deliveries
Prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients
Execute and follow up of all processes related to Retail Excellence (front, back of house and team)
Contribute to front and back of house operations (stock control and inventories)
Challenge current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in your department
Adhere, keep informed and follow-up on all processes and guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma and above in any discipline with 1 - 3 years relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, multi-tasking, self-motivated, and open-minded team player
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High sensitivity to clients’ experiences and loyalty
Product and Fashion sensitivity with good knowledge of fashion trend
Good command of both spoken and written English
Good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools
