    • Management of all aspects of the process from design feasibility and construction management to handover to operation team, of which the issuance of the design submission package to Italy through coordination with all stake holders both internally and externally including but not limited to Landlord representatives, consultants and Local submission related parties within the aligned timeframe will be needed.
    • Manage together with in-house contract manager and externally hired consultants on all aspects of the process from tender issue and queries to Tender award and final account wrap-up
    • Budgeting and costing management for assigned projects
    • Assist in all report/ presentation issuance to management team
    • Assist in data / information consolidation for management team
    • Support implementation of pop-up/in projects including but not limited to coordination with Landlord, assigned vendors and internally with operation and VM team.
    • Support facility management for all assigned projects during DLP period
    • Gate-keep the compliance standard for GUCCI at all time.
