    We are currently seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager Travel Retail to join our Travel Retail team to support the development & execution of trade marketing strategy and plan (in line with brand & business priorities) across customers: promotions, visibility, and activation activities at regional level (APAC Market) to achieve business objectives

    How you will contribute

    • Marketing/ Trade Marketing Development
    • Partner with commercial team to design yearly key account trade marketing plan in line with guidelines & business priorities to exploit sell out potential
    • Lead the implementation for all trade activities includes seasonal promotion, permanent visibility, digital & e-commerce 
    • Develop and execute innovative retail marketing action plan to drive brand awareness and sales growth in a competitive marketplace.
    • Facilitate the product development process with regional product team & HQ and provide specific needs for the area
    • Provide monthly activity review & ROI analysis on implemented initiatives
    • Closely work with Internal & External stakeholders (e.g. HQ, commercial team, clients and suppliers) to handle project development, operational tasks and smooth coordination of projects on daily basis
    • Operation & Training
    • Develop full year training plan & provide training to retailer’s front-line staff
    • Manage Visual & animation updated align with Marketing calendar and Brand guideline
    • Manage marketing database & marketing calendar
    • Provide survey competition in region to provide trends and visibility initiatives, by executing regular market visits and preparing reports
    • Attend relevant local customers meetings and local buying days working closely with the sales team
    • Support special projects/ ad hoc requests

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any business-related field.
    • 3-5 years in similar roles with relevant experience in Travel retail or Trade marketing in premium category/ cosmetic industry/ fast moving consumer goods company
    • Experiences in wholesale and/or retail environment ideally with regional exposure
    • APAC market knowledge is a plus
    • Mandatory to speak English & Mandarin, Fluency in both spoken and written and good knowledge of Cantonese.
    • In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
