How you will contribute
You will contribute to the team by taking up following responsibilities:
- Effectively and accurately manage and organize the calendar for supported function head(s)
- Book and arrange travels and accommodation
- Preparing Documents/Presentation
- Monthly expense management for function head
- Meeting coordination
- Daily team administrative support
- Support market intelligence for data collection and internal database maintenance
- Support Real Estate Managers on contract process execution
Who you are?
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a personal or team assistant role at a senior level
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good communication skill
- Highly details oriented and proactive
- Good interpersonal skill with quick response
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
- Good calendar management
- Previous experience in a senior support role within Multinational Company would be an advantage
