Job Family Group Description - Sales:
This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description - Store Management:
Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique client experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales teams. Serves as the visible face of the brand to clients.
Speciality Description - Store Manager:
Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique client experience and achieves business goals by using effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and company values at all times.
- Sales Targets and Metrics
- Commit to exceeding all sales targets set by the company and ensure their achievement by continuously building and maintaining a robust customer base.
- Analyze sales data and CRM activities to develop both immediate and long-term action plans. Formulate specialized initiatives aimed at supporting high-value transactions and attracting promising new clients.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events.
- Stay attuned to local and luxury market trends, while monitoring the activities of local competitors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and VIP clients.
- Handle after-sales issues diligently in accordance with brand standards, while delivering premium after-sales service.
- As a key member of the management team, lead by example and serve as a role model for all staff, motivating and inspiring the team. Promote and encourage team participation in regional and global high jewelry events to drive customer conversion.
- Identify performance issues and address them informally; seek advice from Human Resources when necessary. Collaborate with HR to formally raise concerns, ensuring company obligations are fulfilled through fair and consistent processes.
- Manage the recruitment process, including obtaining hiring authorization, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Execute in-store training, including: coordinating new employee onboarding, product knowledge training, sharing insights from collection launches, and identifying staff requiring further development to meet the company’s high standards of knowledge.
- Conduct annual evaluations for all employees in line with company procedures, providing constructive and comprehensive feedback while setting personal development goals.
- Identify staff training needs and liaise with Human Resources to develop and implement training solutions.
- Regularly update employees on group/brand news, business performance, and policy changes.
- Translate knowledge and skills related to work techniques, processes, legal requirements, procedures, policies, equipment, and products into practical applications to perform tasks efficiently.
- Monitor sick leave and other absences (e.g., annual leave, maternity leave), ensure appropriate staff coverage, and minimize the use of temporary replacements.
- Store Operations Management
- Supervise and schedule daily boutique operations, ensuring effective implementation of store strategies set by retail departments and operational teams.
- Safeguard store inventory and stay updated on stock status to meet sales demands.
- Ensure optimal management of store maintenance and upkeep, identifying necessary repairs, cleaning, and other required actions.
- Monitor inventory structure, provide reasonable suggestions to improve stock composition and sales rhythm.
- Adhere to and reinforce the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
