    Our Mission:

    We are currently looking for a Commercial Operations Manager who will be based in Mexico City and support the full operational lifecycle of Mexico retail boutiques and Mexico/LATAM wholesale accounts managing product flows, store operations, after sales and repairs, logistics, order processing, invoicing, business reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

    How you will contribute:

    Retail Operations Mexico

    Manage daily product availability inquiries and monitor inventory levels to support store needs.

    Coordinate inter‑store product transfers to ensure optimal stock distribution.

    Enter and manage orders in the ERP system; provide frontline support for POS and CRM system issues.

    Support the product repair workflow, including repair intake reviews, quality control checks, cost validation, and approval of related documentation.

    Act as the primary liaison between Regional HQ, shipping brokers, local repair labs, Finance, and boutique teams.

    Assist retail teams during monthly inventory counts.

    Coordinate and support Return‑to‑Vendor (RTV) processing.

    Provide on‑site assistance for store events and ensure timely replenishment of marketing materials.

    Manage store repairs and maintenance requests, including vendor coordination and access.

    Prepare and deliver sales reporting.

    Wholesale – Mexico & LATAM

    Deliver excellent customer service by responding to product availability requests and entering orders into the ERP system.

    Conduct ongoing sales performance analysis to track progress toward monthly targets.

    Serve as the liaison between Finance and retail partners to ensure smooth logistics and accurate documentation and invoicing.

    Prepare and maintain sell‑out reporting.

    Support the administration and execution of annual incentive programs.

    Provide on‑site logistics support for events, including product movement.

    Assist with Return‑to‑Vendor (RTV) processing.

    Who you are:

    Excellent internal and external customer service skills

    Ability to fluently communicate – reading, writing and speaking in English & Spanish

    Strong organizational skills

    Self-sufficient; self-starter with the ability to work with autonomy

    Proactive attitude, takes initiative

    Problem Solving

    Strong Microsoft Offices knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point especially)

    Previous experience with ERP systems preferred

    Previous experience with retail systems such as Cegid preferred
