    About us Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house. While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director. The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion.

    Your opportunity

    Within the Client Engagement department, you will participate in the management of VICs (very important clients).

    How you will contribute

    You will be a key member of the team and will actively support the team on a number of different activities :

    1/ Coordinate the VIC pre-orders & special orders

    For the 4 yearly collections, you will oversee the VIC orders from the organization of the pre-orders campaign period to the final client delivery.

    Fashion Shows:

    -Create toolkits for regions to launch the pre-orders campaign period such as guidelines, product packshots, training book and order forms.

    -Be the main point of contact for regions’ requests during the orders campaign period

    All year long:

    -Be the main point of contact for regions and HQ stakeholders regarding the pre-orders deliveries

    -Update the regions on a weekly basis on the status

    Special Orders:

    -Collect, follow up and analyze/approve the VIC Special-Order requests from region

    -Coordinate with the production & development team to determine the feasibility of the project

    2/ Support on Show & Client Experience subjects

    Support the VIC team on Ad Hoc client experience missions:

    -Fashion Show organization (client facebook creation and follow-up, welcome pack deliveries, assets and calligraphy coordination…)

    -Client Experience Benchmarks

    -Out of store events: concepts and venues proposals 

    -VIC profiles update

    What you have :

    • Good sense of communication and attention to details
    • Good knowledge of Excel and Powepoint
    • Bilingual French/English
    • Client centric with product appetence
    • Rigorous, organized & dynamic with a strong synthetic mind
