We are currently seeking a Stock Coordinator (UK & Germany) who will report to our Retail Operations Manager based in our Head Office in Victoria, London.
Your Opportunity
You will oversee the stock coordination for our UK and Germany stores, producing reports and coordinate all after-sales queries.
How you will contribute
Assist the Retail Operations Manager in their daily tasks
Assist the Retail Operations Manager in coordinating all projects (including refurbishment, relocations, popup stores)
Coordinate the execution of company processes
Define action plans to monitor shrinkage
Ensure the follow up of merchandise returns
Ensure the execution of weekly routine and weekly counts
Ensure the follow up of uniforms and packaging management
Monitor and ensure the weekly / monthly follow up of Operations KPI’s (negatives, consignments)
Perform ad hoc analysis following HQ request (stock capacity, SKU counts, packaging usage)
Be the preferred contact for the stores in contacting Kering HQ
Ensure the teams are trained
Ensure the coordination between Balenciaga HQ and the stores
Monitor After Sales and Before Sales KPI’s (Credit Note flow, damaged goods, Leadtime)
Manage After Sales and update stores and HQ accordingly
Who you are
Proven experience in a similar role
Must be able to travel in Europe
Fast paced and well organised
Excellent attention to detail
Fluency in English, other languages will be considered a plus
Previous experience working for a luxury brand is preferable
