    How will you contribute?

    We are seeking a Global Retail Operations Service Specialist who will report to the Global Retail Operations Manager and work closely with Regional Retail teams across the worldwide network. 
    The role strengthens in-store service execution by ensuring global consistency, local relevance and measurable performance, acting as a key cross-functional coordinator. 

    This position sits at the intersection of Retail Operations, Client Experience, After Sales and Retail Improvement. The Global Retail Operations Service Specialist will help translate global strategies into store-ready standards and tools while driving adoption through communication, training and KPI follow-up. The scope gives strong exposure to the retail network and broad cross-functional visibility.

     
    Key responsibilities will include:

    SERVICE GOVERNANCE (Global consistency & local relevance) 

    • Maintain global service standards, guidelines and retail tools, ensuring clarity and ease of execution in boutiques. 
    • Build effective working routines with Regions, balancing brand consistency with market needs. 
    • Consolidate store feedback and operational insights to continuously improve service design and boutique usability. 

    KPI & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (Measurement & continuous improvement) 

    • Define and monitor KPIs per service stream (adoption, quality, compliance, lead times/SLAs where relevant). 
    • Support the creation of reporting dashboards for global and local teams. 
    • Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations, flag risks and drive corrective actions. 
       

    Role scope 

    HOSPITALITY – Ensuring global consistency and relevance 

    • Maintain and evolve hospitality standards and execution guidelines for boutiques. 
    • Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure consistency worldwide while allowing local adaptation.  
       

    RETAIL TOOLS – Ensuring global consistency and relevance 

    • Contribute to / support ownership of client-facing tools linked to service execution (process clarity, adoption, training, communications). 
    • Collect requirements, support prioritization with stakeholders, and help drive rollouts with Regions. 

    AFTER SALES – Strategy execution, global consistency and KPIs 

    • Support execution in the retail network in partnership with After Sales stakeholders. 
    • Ensure service levels and quality standards are reflected in boutique processes and tracked via KPIs. 

    NEW RETAIL SERVICES – Exploration, pilot & implementation 

    • Identify and propose new in-store services to elevate client experience and boutique productivity. 
    • Support business cases and implementation plans (scope, process, tools, training, costs/feasibility, risks). 

    PERSONALIZATION – Strategy execution, global consistency and KPIs 

    • Support a consistent personalization experience in store. 
    • Monitor performance and issues (quality, delays, exceptions) and coordinate improvement actions. 

    CERTIFICATE OF CRAFT – Strategy execution, global consistency and KPIs 

    • Support robust execution of Certificate of Craft in stores (process, compliance, accuracy, reporting). 
    • Coordinate updates and contribute to enriching the service offer globally. 

    Who you are

    • 3+ years of experience in Luxury Goods with exposure to Retail Operations / Retail Excellence / Client Experience / Store Services. 
    • Store exposure preferred (in-boutique experience or strong field interaction) and understanding of store realities. 
    • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver through influence in a matrix environment. 
    • Comfortable with KPIs and translating insights into concrete action plans. 
    • Strong communication skills in English 
    • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset: self-starter attitude, hands-on problem solving, ownership, and ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment.
