    Role Mission: 

    We are seeking an experienced Digital Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses of e-commerce user journeys. The primary objective of this role is to optimize conversion rates by extracting and analyzing insights from user behavior data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and statistical skills, be proficient in SQL, and have a solid understanding of data visualization tools to automate analysis reporting. Collaboration with product teams and a data-driven approach to prioritize activities will be crucial for success in this role.

    Key Accountabilities:

    User Journey Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of user journeys on our e-commerce platform.
    • Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for optimization to enhance the overall user experience.

    Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis:

    • Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to extract meaningful insights.
    • Employ statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in user behavior.

    Data Visualization:

    • Represent findings through compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, or similar.
    • Automate analysis and reporting processes (when possible) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

    SQL Querying and Deep Analysis:

    • Proficiently query databases using SQL to extract and manipulate raw data.
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights related to user behavior and site performance.

    Collaboration with Product Teams:

    • Work closely with product teams to align data-driven insights with business objectives.
    • Provide recommendations to prioritize activities based on data analysis.

    AB Test Analysis:

    • Support AB test initiatives by conducting ad hoc analyses.
    • Interpret statistical significance and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
    • Provide insights to drive decision-making and optimize conversion rates through experimentation.

    About you:

    • At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Proven experience in statistical analysis, with a focus on A/B testing.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
    • Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, or equivalent.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of user behavior in an online retail environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of driving business decisions through data-driven insights.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Focus on business value of the delivered work.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in English
