Your Opportunity

Your role as Payment & Fraud Project Manager will be to improve the remote payment solutions used, to contribute to the implementation of effective anti-fraud strategies as well as tools to ensure the sustainability and evolution of these strategies.

How you will contribute

  • Pay-by-Link :

Project management: framing, planning and monitoring of the implementation of the solution

Management of the run and new launches: monitoring of changes, configuration, tests, training

Management of the PSP and the configuration of the fraud tool

Analysis of tool performance, and improvements in particular through chargeback management

Support of Customer and Retail Services teams on all tool and payment issues

  • Fraud:

Support the Customer Services teams as part of the e-commerce internalization project (understand the issues, escalate technical issues to the project team, etc.),

Set up supervision tools in order to carry out a precise analysis of the uses of our customers and define the rules to be established;

Creation and updating of training materials: Procedures, tools.

Ensure active monitoring of new payment and fraud methods on a global scope;

Who you are

  • 4-5 years of experience

  • You are used to working in project teams;

  • Knowledge of the Payment Service Provider (PSP) landscape and several anti-fraud solutions;

  • Curiosity towards machine learning issues and their application in the field of fraud;

  • Knowledge of payment platforms

  • You are autonomous in your missions and force of proposal in the resolution of problems;

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),

  • Rigorous, organized,

  • Relational, adaptable,

  • Critical and curious mind,

  • Pro-active, Sensitivity to the world of luxury and digital communication,

  • Experience in luxury or customer relations is a plus.

Votre opportunité

Votre rôle en tant que Chef de projet Paiement & Fraude sera d’améliorer les solutions de paiement à distance utilisées, de contribuer à la mise en place de stratégies anti-fraudes efficaces ainsi que des outils pour assurer la pérennité et l’évolution de ces stratégies.

Comment vous allez contribuer

  • Pay-by-Link :

Gestion du projet : cadrage, planning et suivi de la mise en place de la solution

Gestion du run et des nouveaux lancements : suivi des évolutions, configuration, tests, formations

Gestion du PSP et de la configuration de l’outil de fraude

Analyse de la performance des outils, et améliorations notamment à travers la gestion des chargebacks

Accompagnement des équipes Services Clients et Retail sur toutes les problématiques outils et paiements

  • Fraude :

Accompagner les équipes Services Clients dans le cadre du projet d’internalisation d’e-commerce (comprendre les problématiques, remonter les problèmes techniques à l’équipe projet, etc.),

Mettre en place des outils de supervision afin d’effectuer une analyse précise des usages de nos clients et définir les règles à instaurer ;

Réalisation et mise à jour de supports de formation : Procédures, outils.

Assurer une veille active des nouvelles méthodes de paiement et de fraude sur un périmètre mondial ;

Qui êtes-vous

De formation Bac +4/5,

Vous avez l’habitude de travailler au sein des équipes projets ;

Connaissance du paysage des Payment Service Provider (PSP) et plusieurs solutions anti-fraude ;

Curiosité envers les problématiques de machine learning et leur application dans le domaine de la fraude ;

Connaissance des plateformes de paiements

Vous êtes autonome dans vos missions et force de proposition dans la résolution de problématiques ;

Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (Ecrit comme à l’oral),

Rigoureux, organisé,

Sens du relationnel, adaptable,

Esprit critique et curieux,

Pro-actif, Sensibilité à l’univers du luxe et à la communication digitale,

Expérience dans le luxe ou la relation client est un plus.
