Your opportunity
Kering Group Operations is the Kering Group division that provides the smartest solutions for our cross-brands services. In particular, the Group Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit services lie at the heart of our customers’ satisfaction, providing worldwide coordination of our products’ distribution, together with a flawless after sales service.
As integral part of the Invoicing Department within the Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit, you will collaborate with various department in order to accurately process and track invoicing.
How you will contribute
Processing and issuing invoices
Guarantee the accuracy of the XML files for electronic invoicing and check the integrity of the data among different tools for the monthly balances
Support the team in bookkeeping and accounts receivable activities
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues, questions, disputes and requests related to invoicing on a daily basis.
Who you are
You are a high school graduate, a university degree in economics will be considered a plus
You have at least a former experience in invoicing, preferably in an international company
You are confident with XML forms and invoices, and you are knowledgeable about Italian taxation and VAT laws
You are a proactive team player, with excellent communication skills
You are a very organized and detail-oriented person, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. The knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus
You are fluent in Italian you have a good command of English both written and spoken
If you belong to legally protected categories (L. 68/99) your application is more than welcomed
