We are currently seeking a Product Management Intern to join our Store front Office team based in Milan.

    Your opportunity

    The Product Management Intern will be joining the Product Leads Team whose objective is to leverage on the power of digital technologies in order to boost the performance of Kering retail business.  The intern will participate to the design of new features for front office applications (POS and Clientelling related apps), used as-of today by more than 20’000 Sales Associates and Store Managers located in our Houses’ stores worldwide

    The position is based in Milan (Via Senato) and can start as soon as possible. It is a paid 6-months internship with a possibility of renewal.

    How you will contribute

    Under the supervision of the local Product Lead, you will contribute to :

    • Animate and participate to the Product Managers weekly meeting (e.g. : prepare agenda, follow-up actions,…)
    • Participate in “scrum ceremonies”
    • Help to create training material on new features delivered (based on the app)
    • Get involved in the “non-regression tests” before new features go to production, in order to ensure digital tools are well functioning
    • Collaborate with the internal and external development teams
    • Assist Product leads on the activation and roll-out of new features
    • Ensure the link between Product Managers and Support team to follow problems reported on the tools (through a ticketing system)
    • Manage and explore feedback received on various internal surveys
    • Be proactive with your “solution solving” mindset on any topic you find improvable

    Who you are

    • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a field related to Project or Product Management or similar
    • English proficiency is mandatory; Italian is considered as a plus
    • Knowledge of Agility and Scrum
    • Basic technical knowledge of information systems
    • Preciseness and effective communication
    • Ability to anticipate needs and potential issues
    • Strong team player attitude
    • First experiences in similar roles are considered as a strong plus
    • Knowledge of Jira or Confluence are considered as a plus
