We are currently seeking an In-Store Product Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Brisbane Store.

    Your opportunity

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused In-Store Product Care Specialist to manage after-sales services and repair operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional end-to-end client experience, ensuring all product care and repair needs are handled with precision, efficiency, and in line with luxury service standards.

    How you will contribute

    • Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a consumer-centric culture

    • Daily management of ticketing process ensuring all tickets are actioned in a timely manner

    • Examine customer issues and action according to Gucci policies and procedures to ensure consistency in after-sale care

    • Build long-lasting relationships with clients

    • Guarantee proper floor coverage to handle any client queries regarding product quality

    • Work cross functionally with other departments in the business

    • Manage client complaints regarding repairs and any impact it has had on customer experience

    • Assist in delivering training to other store employees on effectively managing client claims and the use of Gucci systems and tools

    • Advising the team of any product quality issues in morning briefings

    • Uphold Respect of Gucci Standards and Procedures/Guidelines

    • Perform any other duties assigned to you by management
       

    About you

    • Previous experience in after-sales, repair operations, or a similar role within luxury or high-volume retail/service environments

    • Strong operational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities

    • Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service outcomes

    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems

    • Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
