We are currently seeking a Part-time Communications Assistant who will report to the Communications Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

How you will contribute 

• Manage samples and showroom, e.g. send and receive of samples, tracking of shipment, etc.

• Coordinate local and overseas sample rotations

• Prepare presentation and regular reports

• Assist in event preparation and material tools coordination

• Support in invoice handling and data input

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Who you are 

• Higher Diploma or above with knowledge of PR concepts is a plus

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese typing

• Good communications skills and be a good team player

• Attention to detail and self-motivated

• Able to work 3 days per week is highly preferred
