Support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to elevate brand visibility, desirability, and cultural relevance. This role plays a key function across press relations, content creation, VIP engagement, and showroom supervision.
Drive 360° brand visibility by securing impactful product placements and brand features across all media channels, while cultivating both organic and contracted talent endorsements in alignment with global brand direction and local business objectives. Execute comprehensive PR activations to generate meaningful brand conversation during key moments in the brand calendar.
The role requires a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape, alongside excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Main Job Responsibilities
- Press communication & Content development
- Drive best-in-class PR coverage by securing high-impact media placements and refined talent dressing, in close partnership with PR agencies and HQ counterparts.
- Create high-quality editorial content including press releases, media pitches, and in-depth feature stories that reflect the brand’s tone and narrative
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all press materials, in line with global communication guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, stylists, and media partners
- VIP (Celebrity/ Content creator/ KOL) coordination
- Support the identification, onboarding, and management of celebrities, influencers, and key opinion leaders aligned with brand positioning
- Coordinate all VIP-related activities including overseas/local event attendance, product seeding, fittings, and organic appearances
- Manage day-to-day communication with agencies and talents, ensuring smooth execution and brand alignment
- Track and report VIP exposure
- Event & Activation support
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, press days, and retail activations
- Ensure seamless handling of press and VIP engagement during events
- Coordinate logistics including guest lists, invitations, and on-site management
- Reporting & Performance analysis
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc PR reports including media coverage, Launchmetrics MIV analysis, post-event report, etc.
- Support the Manager in PR planning and local activation proposal development.
- Showroom & Sample supervision
- Supervise showroom operations alongside the Specialist, maintaining presentation standards and precise inventory management.
- Ensure alignment with global sample guidelines and timelines
Working Relationship
- Internal: all other divisions such as MD, Retail, CRM, Inventory as well as HQ
- External: press, stylist and other partners including agencies
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of in-house PR experience, preferably within luxury fashion brands
- Strong understanding of the luxury industry landscape, with a passion rooted in fashion
- Fluent in both speaking and written in English and Korean
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with agility
- Open-minded towards challenges and change, with strong resilience
- Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive, and engaging attitude
- Strong sense of ownership, with discipline to meet deadlines
