    Job Family Group Description - Human Ressources: This Job Family Group includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, ensuring the organization can achieve its business goals through optimal management of its people. Roles in Human Resources ensure the best possible experience for employees throughout the employee life cycle in alignment with our company’s strategy and objectives. Job Family Description - HR Operations: Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners and external partners. Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labor laws. Speciality Description - HR Administration: Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees, HR Business Partners and external providers via an online assistance portal to submit requests. Ensures timely resolution of difficulties employees may encounter and manages all HR administrative processes linked to HR information systems.

    Reporting To : Retail HR Manager

    Role Mission

    The Retail HR Specialist is responsible for performing various HR administrative duties in collaboration with managers and the Retail HR team to support talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development activities, and employee database maintenance. As a member of the Retail HR team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of new and ongoing projects and activities supporting retail employees across the company. This role will also provide broad support for day-to-day HR operations and analysis working closely with Retail HR Business Partners.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Support on-boarding and L&D program activities
    • Create event schedules and inform employees and relevant departments, track and maintain the records
    • Prepare instructional materials to be used in training and activities including a venue set-up
    • Coordinate other operational work on HR events from data extraction to smooth execution
    • Perform the support of special projects as needed
    • Assist in planning, elevating and implementing on-boarding course and materials with Retail HRBPs
    • Support to design and develop yearly L&D program

    • Support the management of HRIS data
    • Works with managers to ensure and maintain HRIS to reflect the appropriate status
    • Support to process HR transactions including new hires, rehires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, personal data changes, and other complicated system transactions
    • Upload new hires documentation in HR system
    • Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, security and timely maintenance of HR data
    • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

    • Record-keeping, tracking, reporting
    • Generating reports on general HR activity (Turnover rate, FTE status etc.) on a regular basis
    • Process accurate data entry and customized reporting on request
    • Extract and generate data on requests from related functions
    • Support the Retail HRBPs in analyzing HR data
    • Update the data on weekly/monthly HR reports

    • Administrative duties
    • Support all HR operational tasks which includes leave, transfer, and arrangement of compulsory education
    • Monitor, track, and follow up resignation processes and update the relevant information in real time on the resignation tracker
    • Send an exit survey, and collect and analyze the data
    • Provide HR operations support to resolve employee & stakeholder inquiries
    • Support Retail HRBPs for the process of probation period evaluation
    • Verifies and processes all invoices from vendors for the Retail HR team expense
    • Update and upload retail org chart

    • Other duties as required

    Key Requirements

    • At least one or two years of solid administration experience
    • Excellent MS Office skills (Especially Excel 􀄛 will be a test during the interview)
    • High level integrity and maturity for confidentiality handling
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking yet attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent reporting skills to create simple yet effective reports
    • Excellent Collaborator
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English
    • HR Experience (including internship) is preferred

    Preferred Requirements

    • Experience in onboarding newcomers or operating a buddy program within a team/store
    • Experience in providing 1:1 feedback, coaching, and career consulting to employees
    • Experience in delivering consistent performance to high standards, guided by a client-centric mindset grounded in the Gucci mindset
