We are currently seeking a Sales Development Manager who will report to National Sales Development Director in Kering Eyewear China
Your opportunity
The potential candidate will need to be customer-oriented and autonomous, who will solve issues proactively and seek for improvements continuously.
How you will contribute
Optical channel BTL resource management
• According to by brand BTL plan, set the quota allocation by area, including window, brand fixture, brand dress up, GWP, visual etc.
• Set BTL investment guideline, supervise execution by field retail in-store excellence team and insure it is aligned with BTL investment guideline
• Together with brand manager and trading marketing team review the execution progress and adjustment the plan by resource type accordingly
• Access BTL resource investment both from the wise of selling and sellout
Retail Activity Management
• Set retail activity like HPP, CRM guideline and detail plan
• Allocate the quota by area and tracking the execution
• Sellout result assessment
Core assortment management
• Together with product manager and brand manager to define core assortment by brand
• Supervise field retail in-store excellence team’s execution including store penetration, stock building, replenishment, and in-store presence in optical channel
Key retail project management
• Lead and push “one product one code” project execution in store
• Set Mystery Shopper questionnaire and make execution plan
• Together with field retail in-store excellence team review Mystery Shopper result and make action plan to improve in-store ceremony
• As the leader of “Digital Retail Concept” project, set and remodel DRC business model and rollout plan
• Together with account manager set DRC sellout target and tracking achievement
• Assistance account manager set DRC marketing plan and provide regarding BTL resource support
• Lead DRC store in-store VM upgrading
In-store onsite training
• Set onsite training standard and together with training team to build up training material
• Access onsite training, according to customer and field feedback to make improvement
Market Intelligence
• Provide first-hand information concerning retail in optical channel, both for our brands and competitors
• Collect marketing intelligence like bestseller in the market, and feedback to product manager as product design proposal
Who you are
• Bachelor above
• At least 5 years working experience, 3 years in retail industry is a must
• Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and oral)
• Has strong business ownership and good innovation
• Self-motivated and being proactive in a start-up environment
• Analytical and logical thinking
• In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Power Point, Excel
• Ambitious and flexible and a good team player
