Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.
Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Familiarize with and strictly adhere to QEELIN's service standards, ensuring attentive service and a delightful shopping experience for customers.
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the company and collaborate effectively with team members in a harmonious and progressive manner.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor brands, and related information, providing professional analysis to customers while continuously enhancing their awareness and satisfaction with the brand.
- Master the usage of all in-store processes/tools, thoroughly understand operational compliance disciplines, and strictly adhere to group/QEELIN business policies and procedures.
- Ensure the security of merchandise to prevent theft or other losses.
- Strictly comply with brand requirements, ensuring personal appearance and conduct align with brand standards.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
