Operation
- Drive China eCommerce business across 3 platforms, including Tmall, JD and Mini Programs.
- Manage and guide TP’s operation strategy and execution of EC stores in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics (Sales,UV, ROI), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Maintain close relationships with e-commerce platforms to develop annual and long-term channel strategies.
Merchandising
- Partner closely with merchandising teams to drive effective assortment planning, product replenishment, ensuring the right product mix to support both brand positioning and commercial performance.
- Base on product launch calendar,to lead campaign planning & execution, new product launch in Tmall&JD&MP channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the key contact between the e-commerce team and Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and CRM departments to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey.
- Partner with the marketing team to brief in and align on channel strategies (Content, Social, PR) that support commercial objectives.
