MISSION
• Plan, review and update the OTB budget per the latest sales performance and rolling business target.
• Participate the whole buying campaign with leading the team to place the qualitative buying
• Actively review the sell thru and analysis by category and by store performance to identify the improvements and timely action plan
• Manage pricing strategy and gross margin to secure profitability, in alignment with retail strategy and meeting local objectives and targets
• Responsible for merchandising: style selection, quantity decision, allocation schedule, stock management, replenishment order and product training
• Work closely with Operations, PR and Visual Merchandising in monitoring the implementation quality & overall effectiveness and sell-thru of merchandise
• Collaborate with HQ Merchandising team in providing feedback on products, consumer trends & response
• Provide product knowledge training store, communicate effectively and timely with the cross function collaboration and all stores to facilitate selling staff to do effective selling
PROFILE
• Degree holder in Merchandising, Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in the field of Merchandising
• Enthusiastic for fashion industry, with creativity and strong commercial sense
• Fast-learner, self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint
• Travel is required
