Within the Studio of Balenciaga we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Assistant to support our design team, with a variety of graphic production tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

Support the creation and adaptation of graphics, including colorways and visual variations within the Studio
Resize and adjust graphics according to different formats and specifications
Prepare and finalize artwork files for production or distribution
Implement graphic updates and revisions as requested by internal teams
Coordinate incoming design requests efficiently
Ensure consistency and quality across all graphic assets
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines

Key Experiences

2–4 years of experience in a similar graphic design or production role
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience working in a fast-paced or production-heavy environment
