    About us Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.     Your opportunity

    We are looking for a RTW Merchandiser to join our team in Paris. The role will play a key part in driving product performance and supporting the execution of the global RTW strategy across our retail network.

    How you will contribute

    As RTW Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supervising the assortment and performance of the Ready-to-Wear collections across the retail network, ensuring alignment with the global product strategy and brand positioning.
    Your main responsibilities will be :

    • Analyze product performance through both quantitative and qualitative insights, identifying opportunities to optimize the commercial performance of the collection.
    • Define retail assortments and master orders based on store profiles, key looks and overall product strategy.
    • Support the retail buying process, including order review and consolidation of worldwide bulk orders.
    • Partner with regional merchandising teams to collect market feedback and define action plans aligned with local business needs.
    • Develop product launch strategies in collaboration with Distribution and Demand Planning teams, defining timing, quantities and market allocation.
    • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Training teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, key messages and seasonal strategies.
    • Manage special projects in coordination with Supply Chain, Communication and Retail teams

    Who you are

    • You have at least 5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Buying within the luxury or fashion industry.
    • You are analytical, dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • You demonstrate strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • You have a strong sensitivity to product and brand identity.
    • You are fluent in English and French.
    • You have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with data and performance analysis.
