As part of the Client Engagement Team, you will contribute to managing relationships with Balenciaga’s Very Important Clients (VICs) at HQ level.
You will support the team in coordinating events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO. Your responsibilities will include organizing and overseeing both in-store and out-of-store projects, coordinating VIC pre-orders and special orders, and collaborating closely with regional teams to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience.
1/Support on Show, Aftershow, Resee & Client Experience Projects:
- Fashion Show, Aftershow, and Resee Organization: Planning the client journey, tracking nominations, managing schedules, providing logistical support, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collection Preview: Coordinating the timeline with regional teams, overseeing logistics in collaboration with stakeholders, and collecting and analyzing KPIs to ensure project success.
Out-of-Store Events: Proposing concepts and venues, conducting market benchmarks, and managing event follow-up to guarantee smooth execution
2/Coordinate the VIC Pre-orders & Special orders:
Pre-orders:
Oversee the entire VIC pre-order process, from the organization of the pre-order campaign to the final delivery to clients, coordinating closely with all involved departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams during the order campaign period and for both regional and HQ stakeholders regarding pre-order deliveries. Provide weekly updates to the regions on order status to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
Special Orders:
Collect, track, and analyze VIC special order requests from the regions, reviewing and approving them as appropriate. Collaborate with the production and development teams to assess the feasibility of each project and ensure timely delivery.
